Where Home
What this is for
- See recent total and unique website visits.
- Compare package consumption with the resources assigned to each site.
- Open recent activity and spot changes that may explain a problem.
Before you start
- Sign in to the correct Snappy Host account.
- Know which customer or website you are investigating and roughly when the issue started.
Steps

Select Home in the main navigation.

Choose the visitor period you need and compare total hits with unique hits.

Review package usage for websites, staging sites, disk, bandwidth, email and databases.

Read the recent activity feed before troubleshooting an unexpected change.

Open the relevant website or log entry for more detail.
Check it worked
- The visitor and usage figures display without an error.
- Any activity you open refers to the expected website, user and time.

Start here when a customer reports a sudden outage or resource issue; the dashboard gives useful context before you change anything.
