What this is for

  • Create the customer organisation.
  • Create or select its owner identity.
  • Check that a customer login domain is configured.

Before you start

  • Confirm the approved organisation name and the first owner's exact email address.
  • Make sure the customer-facing control-panel domain works before creating access.

Take care

Creating a new owner may send or establish account access. Verify the email address and approved recipient first.

Steps

    Confirm that the branded control-panel domain is configured and working.

  2. 2

    Select Add customer and enter the organisation's correct customer-facing name.

  3. 3

    Search for the owner's email before creating a duplicate user.

  4. 4

    For a new owner, enter the person's name and generate a strong unique password.

  5. 5

    Add the customer and open its workspace.

  6. 6

    Subscribe the correct hosting package before the customer creates websites or mailboxes.

Check it worked

  • The new organisation appears once in Customers with the intended owner.
  • The owner can use the invitation or credentials to reach the correct customer account.

What the controls do

Control What it means
Organisation name The customer identity displayed throughout Enhance.
Owner's email The sign-in and notification identity for the first owner.
Customer allowance The number of organisations the platform account may create.
