Before you start

  • Use a platform-administrator account and identify which customers could be affected.
  • Record the current values and plan how to reverse the change.

Settings can affect every direct or reseller customer. Confirm scope, dependencies and rollback steps before saving.

Steps

    Open Settings from the main navigation.

    Choose Branding for names, URLs, logos, colours and the login experience.

  3. 3

    Choose Platform for service domains, webmail, nameservers and the default language.

  4. 4

    Choose Packages to define sellable resource and feature templates.

  5. 5

    Choose Access tokens to manage API authentication.

  6. 6

    Record the existing state and affected customers before changing a platform-wide value.

Check it worked

  • Returning to Settings shows the saved value in the correct section.
  • Test one administrator and one demo customer view to confirm the intended effect.
