Subscribe a customer to a package
Attach a hosting package to a customer and track its resource usage against the package limits.

Before you start
- Confirm the customer, commercial package and agreed allowances.
- Check whether adding another subscription or replacing an existing one is intended.

Confirm the commercial package and intended customer before subscribing, replacing or removing resources.
Steps

Open the customer and choose Packages.

Select Subscribe package and choose the intended package template.

Confirm the package name and subscribe it.

Review the subscription ID and the website, staging, disk, bandwidth, email and database limits.

After customer activity, refresh usage and investigate limits that are unexpectedly close.

Document any package replacement or cancellation before changing the subscription.
Check it worked
- The customer Packages tab shows the correct package and a unique subscription ID.
- The website, disk, bandwidth, mailbox and database limits match the selected package.
What the controls do
