Enhance Platform Branding organisation and control panel settings

What this is for

  • Set the customer-facing organisation identity.
  • Link support, billing, ecommerce and account creation.
  • Preview visual styling before it reaches customers.

Before you start

  • Prepare approved organisation text, URLs, logos, favicon and accessible brand colours.
  • Use the recommended image sizes and keep copies of the current assets.

Take care

Branding is automatically inherited by direct and reseller customers. Verify URLs, contrast and email identity before publishing it.

Steps

  1. 1

Open Settings, choose Branding and start with Organization.

  2. 2

Set the customer-facing name and the system-generated email From address.

  3. 3

Add approved Support, Billing, eCommerce and Create account URLs where required.

  4. 4

In Control panel, upload the normal and inverse logos, favicon, inverse icon and optional login image using the stated sizes.

  5. 5

Set the logout destination and default dark-mode behaviour.

  6. 6

In Styling, choose the font, border radius and brand colours, then review both light and dark previews.

  7. 7

Save one section at a time and test the login page plus a customer account.

Check it worked

  • The login page and customer panel show the correct name, links, logos and colours in light and dark mode.
  • Support, billing, ecommerce, account-creation and logout links open the intended destinations.
