Before you start

Confirm Backuply is the backup system your plan uses; it is separate from JetBackup and cPanel Backup.
Record the current state before any restore and choose a suitable maintenance window.

Open Backuply and inspect its dashboard and backup count.

If records exist, inspect their dates and included data before selecting a recovery point. Do not assume all components share the same timestamp.

Use the offered restore or download workflow only after reviewing its scope. A restore changes hosting data; a download prepares a separate copy.

Use View Downloads for prepared files and Logs to inspect task results. If no backups exist, ask support about schedule, retention and first-backup timing.

Choose Full Backups, Home Directory, Database, Database Users, Email Accounts, Domains, Cron Jobs or FTP Accounts according to the data you need.
