Before you start

  • Have an existing WordPress installation and a current backup.
  • Review any existing page-cache or optimisation plugin to avoid conflicting configurations.

Steps

    Open AccelerateWP and review My WordPress Sites.

  2. 2

    If No WordPress websites remains, confirm WordPress exists in this account and ask support whether its location and configuration are supported. Do not install another copy to make the list populate.

    For a detected site, read the available optimisation controls and eligibility information before enabling anything. Use Read user guide for the vendor’s installation-specific instructions.

  4. 4

    Enable changes deliberately and test the site, especially login, cart/checkout and personalised pages. Avoid running overlapping full-page cache solutions without a supported configuration.

  5. 5

    Use Refresh after a new installation or a relevant change to update discovery.
