Clear LiteSpeed cache safely
Choose a single-site purge where possible instead of flushing every owned site.
Where Tools → Software → LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager
Before you start
- Confirm the stale content is actually cached and identify the affected site.
- Plan a quiet period for large cache purges; uncached requests can increase server load temporarily.
Steps
-
1
Open LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager and review the cache-management options.
-
2
For a WordPress site, use the WordPress Cache area or the site’s own LiteSpeed Cache controls to target the correct installation.
-
3
Use Flush All only when you intend that broader scope, and read any confirmation before proceeding. Do not treat it as a button to repair every website error.
-
4
Reopen the affected page in a fresh session. If stale content remains, check application, browser and CDN caches separately rather than repeatedly flushing the account.
-
5
Prefer a single-site or page-specific purge when available. The cPanel Flush All action is broader: it affects owned sites using LSCache.
Flush All has account-wide scope across owned LSCache-enabled sites.
Check it worked
- The updated content appears for a visitor who is not logged in.
- Other owned sites remain functional as their caches warm again.
