Before you start

  • Have authority to connect the organisation’s social profiles.
  • Review the external service’s plan, privacy terms and account ownership. It is separate from hosting your website.

Steps

    If you already have the relevant SocialBee account, use its existing-account login route rather than creating a duplicate.

    Otherwise, review the getting-started options and provide only the website/business details necessary for setup.

  3. 3

    Before connecting a social network, read its permission screen and confirm you selected the correct organisation and profile.

  4. 4

    Prepare and review drafts in the external service. Connecting an account is not permission to publish unreviewed posts; check the destination and scheduled time before authorising publication.

  5. 5

    Open Social Media Management. The observed page introduces SocialBee and provides a website search/start flow.

    This opens an external social-management service, not a cPanel mailbox or website setting.

Check it worked

  • Confirm the correct service account owns the connection.
  • Review connected profiles and remove access that is no longer needed.
